Point-of-sale audit

A point-of-sale audit is a detailed snapshot of your product in a single store: availability of every SKU, correct price tags, planogram compliance and the state of equipment and POSM.

DMS runs point-of-sale audits across Ukraine with trained auditors. Every check comes with a photo report tied to GPS and time in the Picsell system.

The problem we solve

Sometimes you need a deep snapshot not of the chain but of a specific outlet — before negotiations or for control.

What's included

  • Availability of every SKU from the outlet matrix
  • State of price tags and price accuracy
  • Display quality and planogram compliance
  • Technical state of equipment and POSM

Who it's for

KAMs before negotiations

You need facts on a specific outlet as leverage in talks with the chain.

Brand owners

You need to verify standards in flagship or problem outlets.

Regional managers

You need control of individual outlets without a full chain audit.

How it works

  1. 01

    Checklist

We build the list of checks for your matrix, planogram and standards.

  2. 02

    Outlet visit

An auditor inspects the shelf, price tags, equipment and POSM in the specific outlet.

  3. 03

    Photo capture

Every item is backed by a photo tied to GPS and time.

  4. 04

    Comparison to the reference

We compare the facts against the SKU matrix and the brand planogram.

  5. 05

    Report

A structured report with the deviations found and recommendations.

Result

An accurate picture per outlet, arguments for negotiations with the chain, standards control.

FAQ

How much does a single-outlet audit cost?

The price depends on the scope of the checklist and the region. One-off point-of-sale audits are quoted separately — send a request with the list of outlets.

How long does an outlet audit take?

The visit itself is usually up to an hour; you receive the finished report with photos within 1–2 business days.

How is this different from a retail audit?

A retail audit is a regular snapshot of the chain and market; a point-of-sale audit is a deep check of a specific store, often before negotiations or for control.

What's included in the report?

SKU availability from the matrix, price-tag and price accuracy, planogram compliance, and the state of equipment and POSM — all with photo proof and recommendations.
